He has extensive experience in antitrust cases, including successful claims of refunds of so-called slotting fees from retail chains.
He is a specialist in pharmaceutical law and public procurement law.

He also handles claims for damages and matters related to insurance and loans denominated in Swiss francs. He advises and supports clients in conducting business negotiations and settlements, and provides comprehensive services in matters concerning commercial companies.
He also provides legal assistance in penal and fiscal, penal, family and inheritance cases.
He has been with the Law Firm since 1991, since 1998 as a partner.
He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. Since 1994, he has been an attorney-at-law. For two terms, he served as a judge of the Disciplinary Court at the Gdańsk Bar Association.
He is fluent in English and Russian.
