He specializes in real estate issues, with particular emphasis on residential investments undertaken by real estate developers.
Working for a large energy group, he has gained particularly valuable experience in energy law, company law and commercial contract law.
He is a specialist in the field of monument protection law, administrative procedure, as well as legal regulations of personal data protection. He successfully represented the Pomeranian Regional Monuments Conservator before the Regional and Supreme Administrative Court in disputes over the protection of shipbuilding monuments (shipyard cranes).
He has been working for Misiewicz, Mosek i Partnerzy Law Firm in Gdańsk since 2006.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. In 2010, under the auspices of Dr Władysław Misiewicz, he completed his attorney-at-law training at the Gdańsk Bar Association. In the years 2011-2014, he completed doctoral studies in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
