He specializes in broadly understood civil and commercial law, including in particular company law, contract law and insurance law, as well as in conducting court proceedings and servicing investments, including those based on public procurement law.
He provides ongoing legal services to a number of private entrepreneurs – small, medium and large, including corporations with foreign capital, operating, among others, in the real estate, construction, transport and logistics, agri-food, trade and advertising sectors.
He provides business advice by supporting management boards in conducting business negotiations, developing business strategy and making current decisions.
He also has many years of experience in providing legal assistance to public sector entities and coordinating teams of lawyers providing comprehensive legal services to private entities.
He advises entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions projects, as well as on transformations carried out in order to optimise the effectiveness of organisational structures, including those related to entering the Stock Exchange.

He has been working for the Firm since 1999. In 2003, he passed the judicial exam with the second result in the Gdańsk district. He has been an attorney-at-law and partner at the Law Firm since 2005. He is registered on the list of attorneys-at-law of the Gdańsk Bar Association.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk.
He is a member of the Council of the Gdańsk Bar Association, Chairman of the Committee on Professional Practice and Ethics of Gdańsk Bar Association Council. He is also a member of the National Team of Visitors of the National Bar Council of Attorneys-at-Law.
He sat on the supervisory bodies of capital companies, including Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie SA and Trans Polonia SA.
He is fluent in English and also has a basic command of Russian.
